"Customer Service is top notch. Nick and the team always treat me like a VIP customer and always make an appointment for me. They do a great job, amazing job. They are very professional and open communications. They highlight all findings that may concern me during details and washes. They take care of both vehicles in the household and have done ceramic coating and extended care and upkeep. I drive from Jackson, MI to use these guys and it’s worth it. They always make arrangements to take the vehicles in and allow us to come pick them up so we don’t have to move our work schedules all around. Plus I feel like they care about you as a customer and always remember how you like things and how you like your vehicle cleaned. The little details matter and they always hit a home run."
